1. Return
We accept returns within 6 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within the specified 30-day window.
- It must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or documentation that came with it.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Clearance or sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
4. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging.
- Ship the item back using the provided label.
Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
